$60,000 Settlement for landscaping truck victim

In February of 2019, T.F. was rear-ended by a landscaping truck in Ocean County, New Jersey. As a result of the force of this collision, MRI studies showed that T.F. suffered partial tears of two ligaments in her shoulder, as well as disc herniations in the neck and low back. After treating conservatively with physical therapy and chiropractic manipulation, T.F. was referred to a pain management doctor who performed an injection into the shoulder and an epidural in the low back. The pain management doctor sent T.F. to see an orthopedic surgeon for the shoulder who indicated that surgery may be necessary.
