Judd Shaw received the honor of being appointed to Forthright’s 2016 Advisory Council.
Only 7 claimants attorneys hold the distinction of Advisory Council Current-Member.
Forthright administers the No-Fault Insurance Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitration process. Criteria for user member selection to the Advisory Council includes knowledge of the No-Fault arbitration process and the ability to offer recommendations for improvement.
The Advisory Council duties include advising Forthright on development or revision of rules governing the dispute resolution process, identify and review potential DRP (arbitrator) candidates and to make recommendations to regarding qualifications of candidates to serve as DRPs, to consider input for program improvements from individuals within the user community, and to generally advise Forthright as to other matters of importance to the dispute resolution process.
In January 2016, Judd will begin to serve as user member.
