We know, just as you do, that it costs more to “live today” than it has in the past. A low pay without the ability to reduce basic essential needs, includes a person from a better earning capacity. Our company has created its own minimum wage standard to provide a starting salary for any position at our firm for 15 dollars an hour, which is well above both state and federal pay. We are hopeful the legal industry follows us in seeing the minimum wage as a moral responsibility.
