Marissa Petillo serves as Senior Claims Manager for Judd Shaw Injury Law™’s Arbitration practice group. At Judd Shaw Injury Law™, the work we do – and results we obtain – does matter. For our medical providers, we’re the last line of defense against the big insurance carriers for taking advantage of PIP no-fault claims, leaving medical providers owed millions of dollars. Upon a no-fault arbitration being filed through out intake teams, the matter moves to Marissa to negotiate and settle for outstanding PIP claims and recover the money our clients deserve. Marissa directly deals with insurance claims adjusters on a daily basis and has a deep understanding of the claimant/adjuster relationship, and because Marissa is so well prepared when that contact with the adjuster is made, adjusters from insurance carriers statewide respect our claims and respond to our demands quickly.

Marissa is a consummate professional and has established strong relationships with the adjusters from all across the PIP insurance world. Leveraging those relationships, Marissa knows when a case has a strong opportunity to settle and when the matter will need to move to our litigation team.
